    Welcome to Beerfest at the Ballpark

    The 3rd Annual Beerfest at the Ballpark is on April 30th from 3pm to 8pm. (VIP at 2pm). BATB is an outdoor beer, cider, mead, spirits & wine festival with live music that is hosted in the heart of Downtown Lansing at the Cooley Law School Stadium which is the home of the Lansing Lugnuts. Tickets are available to purchase online or by visiting the Cooley Law School Stadium Box Office.

    Lugnuts Box Office Hours:

    Monday - Friday: 10 am - 5 pm (non-game days) & Game Days: 10 am - 7th inning

    Attendees will have the opportunity to taste 250+ craft beers from 60 Michigan breweries in addition to ciders, meads, spirits and new this year wine.

    All food is made by the Lunguts and there will be Burgers, Philly Cheese Steaks, Pizzas, BBQ and much more. 

    A special package is also available, offering VIP tickets and benefits to both the upcoming Beerfest at the Ballpark and this autumn’s Beerfest at the Ballpark for $70.

    Ticket Info:

    In every festival ticket includes entry to the Festival, Logo Tasting Glass, 10 or 15 Tasting Tickets. Each tasting ticket is redeemable for a 3oz pour of one of the 250+ beers, ciders, meads or spirits. All beers 8% and higher plus all wine require 2 tasting tickets. Additional tickets will be available for purchase at the festival.

      The Black Barn Band

      A cover band that gravitates to classic rock, but will also cover all songs that are worthy to be covered. Our 6-member band is versatile with several instrument changes throughout the show. We hail from Williamston, MI- with members from all over Mid & Southeast Michigan.
    • Donny Brown

      Donny Brown

      Donny Brown is a singer-songwriter, drummer, guitarist, vocalist and producer. He was a founding member and one of the principal songwriters of The Verve Pipe, whose albums have sold in excess of 3 million worldwide. Donny produced and co-wrote the two highly acclaimed family albums for The Verve Pipe in 2010 and 2013, both of which ended up on iTunes Best Of Year lists. His original compositions have been featured on America’s Funniest Home Videos, Roswell, and on Dawson’s Creek as well as in the Tim Allen feature film Joe Somebody. In addition to writing and co-writing for The Verve Pipe he has written with the band Hanson, with Ed Robertson of Barenaked Ladies and also with solo artists Tracy Bonham and Willy Porter. At the end of 2015 he released his 2nd E.P., the self-titled Donny Brown that musically bookends his late 2014 release, the Hess Street E.P. Together they are a collection of songs that showcase his strong songwriting and arranging sensibilities, as well as pay homage to his many musical heroes and influences. Donny’s drumming, backing vocals and production can also be heard on various other newer releases from artists Nick Piunti (13 in My Head and Beyond The Static and his yet to be released new record!), The Legal Matters (upcoming release Conrad) and Andy Reed (Relay EP and An American Underdog) Born and bred in Saginaw Michigan, he now resides in Lansing.

      Mark Warner

      Influenced by the blues and rock n’ roll, Mark Warner is a Lansing-based musician, who’s soulful originals touch on past influences while playing into a modern blues, folk and rock sound. Mark performs his acoustic music and classic rock favorites from rock legends such as Jimi Hendrix, The Rolling Stones, Tom Petty and many more.
